  • Namdong Kimchi Instant K-Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi
  • 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onions
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

  1. First, prep your ingredients: thinly slice one small onion, mince 2 garlic cloves, chop 2 tbsp of spring onions and chop half a cup of kimchi.

  2. Then, heat 1tsp of oil in a pan. Add sliced onion and garlic, sauté until soft and fragrant.

  3. Add 450ml of boiling water to the pan. Add the Namdong Kimchi noodles and the flavor sachet. Spice it up to your liking using the spice sachet.

  4. Simmer until noodles are cooked and liquid is slightly reduced.

  5. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and add the cheese. Leave it for a minute so the cheese has the chance to melt.

  6. Top your dish with Kimchi, spring onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
