  • Namdong Beef Instant K-noodles
  • 150g Beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 mini Paksoi (baby bok choy)
  • Chilli Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Fried Onions
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Cilantro

  1. Prep it up by chopping the mini pak choi in half. Thinly slice the chilli pepper with confidence… or fear. Totally your call😏

  2. Beef first!🥩 Heat some oil in a pan over medium high heat and fry the beef until it’s cooked your way. Medium? Well-done? You do you.

  3. Toss the mini pak choi into the same pan 🥬🔥

  4. *Noodles enter the chat* 🍜Pour in 450ml water and bring it to a boil. Add the Namdong Beef Noodles + seasoning sachet, then give it a good stir. Now spice it as you like it and cook for 4 minutes. 🌶

  5. At the same time, boil your egg for 6 minutes. ⏱️🥚Dip it straight into cold water, and then peel it like a PRO.

  6. Transfer the noodles to a bowl and top with the sliced beef, fried pak choi, a must have squeeze of lime🍋, chopped chilli 🌶️, fried onion, sesame seeds, cilantro and the boiled eggs. Now stand back and admire your work! Now grab those chopsticks 🥢 READY, SET, SLURRRRP!!! 🍜
