  • Namdong Beef Instant K-noodles
  • 150g Beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 mini Paksoi (baby bok choy)
  • Chilli Pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Fried Onions
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Cilantro

  1. Start by prepping your ingredients. Chop the mini paksoi in half, then thinly slice your chilli pepper.

  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the beef until it is cooked to your liking.

  3. In the same pan, fry the mini paksoi.

  4. Bring 450ml of water to boil in the same pan, add your Namdong Beef Noodles and the flavor sachet. Mix it well and then spice up to your level. Cook according to package instructions (for 4 minutes).

  5. At the same time, boil the egg for 6 minutes, then cool in cold water and peel.

  6. Put your noodles in a bowl and top them with sliced beef, fried paksoi a lime, some of the chopped chilli, fried onion, sesame seeds and cilantro, and the boiled egg.
