  • Namdong Chicken Instant K-Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Courgette (Zucchini)
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

  1. Prep crew, assemble! Grate ½ courgette and ½ carrot into strips. Chop 3 garlic cloves and 2 tablespoons of spring onions. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Just get chopping.✨

  2. Pan on, beat 2 eggs and, cook them into a thin omelette, then slice it into strips. Soft, golden, chef coded.🍳

  3. At the same time, boil your chicken for about 8 minutes and then shred it to top off your dish.🐔

  4. Grab a separate pan, heat some sesame oil. Add the garlic and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and sauté it for 2 -3 minutes. It smells soooo goooood already!!!😮‍💨

  5. Pour in 450ml water. Once it’s boiling drop in the Namdong Chicken noodles + seasoning sachet. 🍜 Simmer for about 4 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Then the chilli sachet… you decide the spice level.🌶️😏
