  • Namdong Chicken Instant K-Noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Courgette (Zucchini)
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Sesame Seeds

  1. First, prep your ingredients: grate half a courgette (zucchini) and half a carrot into strips, roughly chop 3 garlic cloves and chop 2 tbsp of spring onions.

  2. Then, beat the 2 eggs and cook them into an omelette and slice it into strips.

  3. At the same time, boil your chicken for around 8 minutes so that you can then shred it to top off your dish.

  4. In a separate frying pan, heat sesame oil. Add your garlic and 2 tbsp of soy sauce to the pan and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Pour in 450ml of water. Once water is boiling, add the Namdong Chicken Instant K-Noodles and the flavor sachet. Let it simmer until noodles are cooked (around 4 minutes). Add the spice sachet to your liking.

  6. Serve it in a bowl and top with shredded chicken, grated courgette (zucchini) and carrot, omelette strips, spring onion, and sesame seeds.
