Beef Jjigae Instant Noodle Block
1. Boil 450 ml of water in a pan, add the noodles. 2. Add the seasoning mix and as much of the chilli mix as you can handle (or dare). 3. Cook for 4 mins on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and you're good to go. Feeling fancy? Top it with cooked beef and mushroom slices, then garnish with carrots and chopped spring onions. Store in a cool, dry place
