1. Boil 450 ml of water in a pan, add the noodles. 2. Add the seasoning mix and as much of the chilli mix as you can handle (or dare). 3. Cook for 4 mins on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and you're good to go. Feeling fancy? Serve it with some kimchi and bok choy for a refreshing crunch. Store in a cool, dry place
